345 Cuando hayáis leido la información de este post, os invito a que me contactéis y hablemos, por si quedan dudas y para empezar a personalizar el reportaje de vuestra boda.
Fotografía:
- SERVICIO 1: 1 fotógrafo, reportaje completo + DVD de 400 – 500 imágenes editadas en alta resolución sin marca de agua= 950€ sin IVA
- SERVICIO 2: 1 fotógrafo, reportaje completo + DVD de 400 – 500 imágenes editadas en alta resolución + álbum digital (maquetación del album) 25 pliegos (50 páginas) a 30 x30 o 30 x 40 apaisado= 1200€ sin IVA (básicamente el trabajo de maquetación añade 250€)
- El precio de la impresión física del álbum NO esta incluido. Los precios de los álbumes varían en función del álbum elegido por el cliente, número de pliegos, tamaño de impresión y de las ofertas del laboratorio. Un álbum de 25 pliegos (50 páginas), con acabado profesional lustre o mate, 30 x 30 y 30 x40 apaisado y portada fotográfica cuesta aproximadamente 200€. Un lote de álbum de novios y dos álbumes de padres a 20 x 20 cuesta aproximadamente unos 300€. Pero el precio del álbum viene marcado por el fabricante y son precios que se actualizan en Enero generalmente, sujeto también a promociones puntuales a las que podríamos acceder. Por ese motivo y sobre todo para poder personalizar el acabado a vuestro gusto, añadir extras y accesorios individualizados, el estudio solo cobra la maquetación y juntos decidimos qué álbum, qué tamaño, acabados y precios y os gestiono la maquetación. Llegado el momento os enseñaré las opciones disponibles en los laboratorios que trabajo (promociones y otras opciones) y aconsejaré según mi criterio en función calidad precio.
- En ambos casos y siempre que los novios lo deseen se subirá el reportaje a una galería online privada durante un año.
- Segundo fotógrafo: 250 sin IVA€
- Operador de vídeo: reportaje completo de vídeo montado en un DVD con capítulos de unos 45 minutos de duración y un vídeo resumen de los momentos más emocionantes, con entrega de 2 DVDs. Si se contrata sólo 900€, si se contrata junto con la fotografía 550€ sin IVA€.
Os cuento un reportaje completo- todo sujeto a variaciones personales, gustos personales de los novios, etc. Digamos la estructura global.
1- Preboda: Casa del novio: 45 min- 1h
El dia de la boda y siempre que las circunstancias lo permitan, el fotógrafo (yo) va a casa del novio a retratar los preparativos del mismo así como realizar fotos de familia (si se quieren) o de las personas que estén allí con el. Incluye realizar detalles de cara a una posible maquetación.
Igual se hacen todo tipo de fotos de detalles, la gente que esta ahí, a la novia, el vestido, zapatos, anillos.
Lo que es importante de la preboda es que las fotos resultantes son en general muy bonitas y sobre todo es una parte que el uno no ve del otro, así que tiene ese elemento de ver los preparativos del otro, que es lo único que los novios se pierden de su propia boda.
Al book romántico lo ideal es dedicarle casi una hora (con mas razón si también queréis vídeo). Pero nos podemos apañar con 45minutos. El book romántico se suele hacer mientras dura el cóctel de manera que los invitados están entretenidos y no les echan de menos. Si hay dos fotógrafos, el segundo puede venirse con nosotros y así tenemos mas fotos, desde otros puntos de vista, lo que es muy chulo, o por el contrario puede estar en el cóctel retratando a invitados si es lo que preferís.
Creo que las fotos de grupo son obligatorias, pero no son impuestas.Yo haré tantas como vosotros me pidáis y las haré tan serias o divertidas como queráis y cómo se pueda. Creo que es necesario hacer fotos de grupo, porque los familiares y amigos las piden, porque sino a posteriori se echan en falta.
Durante la cena no se hacen fotos. Hago la entrada, y algunos detalles, si ocurre algún evento espontaneo, tipo regalo o discurso, pero mientras los invitados comen no se realizan fotos.
Si hay vídeo si que me gusta que antes de la cena y de vez en cuando durante, se pasee por las mesas y pida a los invitados que les dediquen cosas a los novios, a veces se dicen cosas bonitas y divertidas que luego quedan muy bien en el vídeo.
La cena salvo eso que cuento, también es el momento en que el equipo (fotógrafo y resto, o fotógrafo solo) descansa. Os pedimos que negociéis con el restaurante que nos/me den algo de cena, por la sencilla razón de quedarnos-me cerca vuestro, ya sea en una mesita en un rincón o en una sala adyacente para poder seguir cubriendo lo que pudiera ocurrir, como sorpresas. Si no fuera posible deberíamos ausentarnos para cenar en algún lugar cercano.
Por si faltaran grupos también se pueden hacer fotos de los novios, cuando salen a hablar con cada una de las mesas durante el café. Es algo que lleva tiempo, y si son muchas mesas no se podría hacer, suele pasar que la gente se levanta y siempre falta alguien, pero en las ocasiones que no hay suficientes fotos de grupo porque faltó tiempo durante el cóctel, es una muy buena oportunidad para conseguirlos a todos.
Y llegamos al baile, en general retrato el baile principal y me quedo unos 30 minutos mas captando el ambiente y resto de bailarines, y ahí se terminaría el reportaje.
Luego en la semanas siguientes selecciono entre 400- 500 fotos por decir una media, que edito y retoco.
Las subo a la galería privada online para que podáis verlas. Me doy de plazo mes y medio en general para esta parte.
Cuando ya esté todo, grabo dos DVDS con las fotos en alta resolución para que podáis hacer las copias que queráis, cuando queráis. Guardo los archivos durante un año, como medida de seguridad, luego los elimino, pero durante ese año, si pasa algo, me los podéis pedir…sobre todo que no se pierdan!!
Luego llega maquetación, entonces habría que seleccionar las fotos que mas o gustan para el álbum (unas 50-80).
Os orientaré sobre los bloques temáticos y también la manera de seleccionar fotos para que sean armónicas entre si, etc, y así haría la maquetacion de los pliegos. Os los mando en pdf, seguramente de varios pliegos haya opciones a elegir, los revisáis, cambiamos lo que haya que cambiar, y cuando ya lo tenemos seguro, y con los precios del fabricante os habéis decidido por un álbum lo mandaríamos a imprenta.
